Welcome to P.L.S. MIND. We value your decision to purchase products on our platform. By placing an order or making a purchase, you fully agree to comply with these terms and conditions. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

1. Users must register to create a store and make purchases on our platform.
2. Sellers can create their own customized store to showcase products using provided tools.
3. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep their profiles up to date.

1. Users must be at least 18 years old to operate, make purchases, or sell on P.L.S. MIND.
2. Sellers guarantee access to listed products and readiness to deliver to customers.
3. Sellers must register their business name to ensure it is unique and not already in use.

Store ownership is granted to registered sellers. Tier 2 sellers will receive a unique store link that can be shared and promoted. Each seller is responsible for the content and accuracy of product listings.

Buyers can browse stores, view products, and make purchases. They are encouraged to read product descriptions and seller policies. We recommend reviewing products carefully before making payments, as orders are subject to seller acceptance.

A standard transaction fee of 2% is applied to buyer payments, and a 1% fee is deducted from seller payments for transactions made through our platform. Changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance.

To protect both buyers and sellers, payment is withheld until transaction completion. Sellers are responsible for handling fulfillment and customer service. Repeated bad reviews or failure to update product statuses may lead to account suspension.

Shipping charges are based on destination and order size. Sellers and buyers are expected to negotiate logistics. Payment is released to the seller after delivery confirmation from the buyer.

Sellers are responsible for the legality of their products and must comply with local laws. Buyers should conduct due diligence before making a purchase. P.L.S. MIND is not liable for transactions outside the official payment gateway.

Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly. If unresolved, contact our customer care for assistance. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions without prior notice, but significant changes will be communicated to users.
